This soup has all of the organic minerals (i.e.
potassium and natural occurring salt) that our body needs. For
people with limited energy after an illness (i.e. an operation

Carrots
Celery
Spinach
Pinch of Salt
Garlic - 1 Clove
Olive Oil - 5 Drops
Chop Vegetables (enough for one serving). Boil
water and turn off the heat. Add vegetables and all other incidents.
