Shake Till You Awake

We have reached the moment in this existence where we must move forward. The comforts of old no longer suffice, the ills of old are fading away. Everything is anew.

Where do you see yourself standing?

Are you moving forward or walking forward and looking backwards?
What’s old no longer needs your attention. The future is waiting for you to give it your undivided attention. That future will have more of whatever you are willing to put into it.

Exercise

  1. Stretch you arms, legs, your body, your neck.

  2. Take a deep breathe and shake everything out of you and off of you.

  3. Shake it all off by losing control and letting it go.
    Shake away fear, shock, sorrow, worry.

  4. Bring yourself back to your breath then begin your meditation practice.

Remember:

The old memories are taking up space for the new ones.
Live in now and create your beautiful future.
