A message from teachers
At the moment, there are powerful energies in connection with astrological phenomena: the eclipse corridor, the energy of the summer equinox and the parade of planets: Pluto, Saturn, Jupiter, Venus, Mars, Mercury.
Thanks to the additional alignment of the planets, there is a strong cleaning of karma, influence on the family and family ties. All the planets "mirror" us, show us what we need to free ourselves from. The planets in this position help to “exfoliate” the unnecessary, that which we have accumulated for life, that which prevents us from reaching higher vibrations and building the desired life.
In this practice, we learn to be co-creators of our reality. To do this, we will cleanse the family karmic nodes in our relationships, we will eliminate the diseases that have been developed in previous incarnations, ensure success in self-realization and develop ourselves spiritually.
The sequence of meditation / practice:
1.
Draw or imagine a square where the upper left corner is Health, the upper right corner is Family/friends, the lower right corner is Business/work, the lower left corner is Character.
2.
We think through or write out in detail these 4 aspects:
a. Health: We are wondering what worries you, what you don't like about your Health, what you would like to get rid of, and what to improve.
b. Family / friends: we recall all the stress and trauma associated with loved ones where communication is no longer positive. Also recall what has already changed in a positive way but the memory of the negative has remained. We include omissions, unresolved issues with family or friends. We recall moments where, perhaps, they cheated, acted incorrectly.
c. Business / work: we recall all difficult situations, deceit, failures, dissatisfaction with our actions. All the flaws in the work that were done. Especially failures from unpreparedness and from ignorance. We recall all the mistakes that we made in the process of work. Where there was an unprofessional approach and lack of sanity.
d. Character: we find that we don’t like in ourselves, what character traits do not suit us and torment ourselves or gnaw. Write all of them out or think over in detail.
Important
Forgive yourself, and thank yourself for the experience. In all 4 aspects understand that all the experience gained earlier we really needed and it was programmed in the previous incarnations. Rejoice that in all the difficulties we managed not to lose our soul. Thank yourself very much for the great work. Always remember that everything happens to you - for the good reason and with an important mission (!).

Then we sit down, put our palms up, and say: The highest patrons of the angel system - help. Enter my space, help free me from this heavy energy, throw off the ballast that prevents me from rising to a higher level, resonate with higher vibrations and energies, become a co-creator of the creator of my life. (tingling sensation in the body is possible - this is normal)

We begin cleaning with the help of 4 elements:
a. Water. We recall sea water, the sound of the surf, the taste of salt in water, the smell of the sea. We let the water flow from the crown of the head to the tips of the toes. We fill the body with this water and nourish every cell. All previously thought out or written out negative programs are washed with this water. The called Angels will help in this, washing us with holy water from the outside.
b. Land. Remember stones and crystals. These crystals are the dust of the Sun. This will help us recover. We imagine these crystals in the form of a brush and cleanse our body with them. The attracted Angels will cleanse us with this brush outside: in the hair and in the ears, under the nails and in every fold of skin. Next, we pass this brush of crystals, thru each part of the body, each organ, each cell. We pass the skin, muscles, blood, lymph, aorta, veins, nervous system. Further organs: brain, heart, lungs, adrenal glands, kidneys, spleen, liver, pancreas, stomach, reproductive system. Remember that we clear ourselves of the previously mentioned negative programs in 4 aspects.
c. Fire. We imagine a volcano, put our body there and burn through everything that has not been cleaned with crystals. It is best to imagine that the body began to melt. Rafting new you. Everything unnecessary, destructive - turns into ashes. Angels help in this process.
d. Air. Introducing the flow of wind that blows your body inside and out. It blows all the ashes. These are the miserable remnants of your destructive installations that you collected at the beginning of meditation.

After the cleaning has passed, you feel easy. Imagine how your pineal gland radiates a violet-golden energy connecting it to the thymus (thymus gland), which is located in the center of the chest. Violet-gold energy spreads further down the body and cleans the entire immune system. Then it builds all the organs and so on to the bones, including the bone marrow.

Recall the original square with 4 aspects of our lives. Mentally rotate (or draw) it clockwise 90 degrees. So that the angle with the Health aspect is at the top, Family / friends are on the right, Business \ work is at the bottom, Character is on the left. In the new square we think through or write out all aspects but in the desired form. We build ourselves as New. To do this we must love ourselves, forgive everything, accept our self as we are. We think over (or prescribe) in detail:
a. Health. What health we want in detail. What kind of body do we want. You can fantasize about the incredible.
b. Family / friends. Describe your ideal relationship. Feel the love for yourself and others. Build your ideal family. Consider veneration of ancestors and communication / restoration of the clan.
c. Business / work. Describe your ideal activity in detail. Wish to learn to work in good conscience and avoid stupid mistakes. Do not forget about the ability to work with an angel.
d. Character. First you can prescribe what is easy to change in your character. Learning to get in touch with a group of people - only when you are positive. Next, describe the remaining desired character traits.
Important:
In the process, keep the flow of purple-gold energy flowing in your body. This is the divine stream building you up, helping to create the new perfect person and your reality. When this energy, light, divine stream - passes through purified us then the enlightenment sets in. Divine light enlightens us.
7.
Sit down, close our eyes, pay attention to breathing. We breathe in a rhythm of 4-4-4 (count to 4x - while breathing in, count to 4x - holding our breath, count to 4x - while exhaling)
8.
We are filled with a violet-gold stream, energy. We pass energy through the spine and spread throughout the body.
9.
We feel how we are expanding, beyond the boundaries of the physical body, outside the room, outside the building, street, district, city, country, etc. As far as it goes.
10.

Work for the future:
Hold your energy and yourself in the flow. Do not “fall down” into the first square, because the principle of youthful maximalist works there. Stay longer in the second square. With the help of Angels build your reality and live from the position of the Creator’s children. Do not be shy to asking the Angels to help. This will also help them. They grow in their spiritual hierarchy when they help us. Try to speak in a voice with them - the vibrations of the energy of the voice resonates correctly from their vibrations and is beneficial to everyone.
